Corrections and accessible formats.
Two things live on this page. What has been corrected since the book went out, and how to get it in a form that works for you. Neither of them asks you for anything.
Accessible formats
The Kindle edition
Reflowable text, not photographs of pages. Your reader sets the size, the typeface and the spacing, and the book does not fight it. Every route and every page destination is a working link.
It is £8.99, and free if you are on Kindle Unlimited.
An EPUB with the printed page numbers in it
If you are working alongside someone using the paper book, or citing a page, there is an EPUB that carries all 230 printed page markers, a page list and landmarks, so a page number in the paperback finds the same place on screen.
It passes EPUBCheck against EPUB 3.3 with no errors and no warnings. It carries a publisher self-evaluated conformance statement against EPUB Accessibility 1.1 and WCAG 2.2 AA. Self-evaluated means we tested it and wrote down what we found. It has not been audited by anyone else, and saying so is part of the point.
Ask and it is sent. There is no charge and no form beyond an address to send it to.
Something else
If the format you need is not here, ask for it. Large print, plain text, a specific reader, a specific device. If it can be made it will be, and if it cannot you will be told that plainly rather than left waiting.
Corrections
Nothing has been corrected yet. This book went on sale before every release test was finished, so this log existing and being empty is a statement about time, not about quality.
No entries. When there is one it appears here with the date, what was wrong, and what changed. Entries are not removed once the fix ships, and nothing here gets quietly deleted.
Found something wrong?
Tell us. A factual error, a broken route, a page that does not do what it says, a crisis number that has changed, a claim that reads stronger than the evidence behind it. All of it counts, and a correction is not a complaint.
Use the form on the front page and say what is wrong in the last box. Every message is read.
Report a correction Where the release tests are
This book is not a crisis service, and it never will be. These are.
